Q: How do I place an order?
A. The first step is to create an account. Then,decide which product you want to order and design or upload your artwork. Next, select your shipping method. Finally, pay for your order by credit card on our secure website. You’ll find our website fast and easy to use.
Q: What sizes does the letterhead come in?
A: We offer the standard 8.5 x 11 size letterhead.
Q: What kind of paper will my letterhead be printed on?
A. There are eight different choices of paper and you may order business cards and envelopes to match.
Q: Will my letterhead go through my inkjet or laser printer?
A. Yes, your letterhead will be printer-safe.
Q. What is the cost of printing my letterhead?
A. Please refer to the Pricing page on our website where you can enter the specifications of your order for an instant cost.
Q: Can I print full color letterhead?
A: If you are not using foil or raised lettering, we offer full color letterhead. With raised lettering, you may have 2 ink colors. However, if you choose to add foil printing to your product(s), you may only have one ink color.
Q: Do you have foil colors other than silver or gold?
A. We offer different colors of foil at an additional cost. Please check our Pricing page for further information.
Q. If I have to stop in the middle of designing my letterhead, can I save my work?
A. Absolutely. Simply click "save" and your project will be saved. To find it, go to "my account" and "my saved projects."
Q. What if I need to make changes to my order?
A. If your cards have not been printed you may change anything on your order. To find out the status of your order, go to your Order History.
Q. Do you provide proofs?
A. We provide online proofs for viewing. The colors on your monitor are close to what will be printed.
Q. How can I re-order my letterhead?
A. There is a handy “reorder” button on our Home Page. Simply click and your order will be submitted. .
Q. What if my order has a problem and I don’t realize it until it’s arrived?
A. Letterhead.com values you as a customer and will work with you on any problems. If you have made a typographical error, we will reprint your cards at a 50% discount. |
